"Helpful reception staff and caring Doctor."

I have an elderly mother who is disabled and is not very mobile, she needed a flu vaccination and because of her mobility she was unable to visit the surgery. I phoned up the surgery and the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. She informed the doctor of my mother’s condition and the doctor was ever so kind made a home visit and my mother was given her flu jab. This is first class service provided by the Doctors House surgery. They have such wonderful reception staff who are very helpful, especially the one who made this possible and the Doctor as always very compassionate, very kind, and considerate. I think this is a very wonderful service the surgery provides for it’s elderly and vulnerable patients especially in these very difficult times we are all facing. Thank you The Doctors House Surgery.
