(as a volunteer/advocate),

Today was the first time that my consultant listened to me. Every time I've asked to change my medication it has been refused.   Today's meeting was a positive one and thats all down to you being involved.   My consultant refused to look into my diagnosis or explain to me the side effects of my medication. Today you got me answers.
