"Exceptional end of life care."

About: North Middlesex Hospital

My mother was admitted to A&E via the ambulance service.

We understand all the Covid regulations and although we couldn’t visit, we were regularly clearly updated. We were able to FaceTime with her when she was moved to end of life care. A family member was able to be with her when she passed away.

The care she was given over this short period was exception, we are all extremely grateful for the support she had at this very sad time. We would like to thank all the teams who cared for mum during this sad time.

Firstly, please accept our sincere condolences for the loss of your mother.

Thank you for your comments and for taking the time to write at what must be a difficult time for you. It was good to hear that despite not being able to visit you received updates. I will share your comments with the Care of the elderly division who always welcome feedback.

Thank you once again
