"First class service"

Accompanied my elderly mother for an ultrasound scan yesterday. WWhat a pleasant experience from start to finish. The guy at the reception area found a wheelchair for my mother and pointed us in the right direction. Very pleasant lady at the ultrasound reception and we were called in right on time of the appointment. The doctor who did the scan it was his first day working at the hospital had a lovely energy, very kind compassionate treated my mother with respect and a super bedside manner.

It pains me to see people complaining about our NHS, we would be in a dreadful mess without it and quite frankly some people just expect too much from all the hardworking and dedicated people who work there.

Can't thank you all enough tremendous how you keep it all together especially during so much pressure right now.
