I had an excellent experience.

Janet was a super expert in taking my blood sample. I didn't feel a thing.

Having a dedicated cardiac, that is a great idea.

Janet gave me direct contact numbers for a triage line which is also a great idea. Getting into the system is quite tricky.

Having follow up checks/diagnosis makes a lot of sense. Proactive to prevent future reactions.

The cardiac team are the best (Dr Magowan).

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am so pleased that taking your blood sample was painless!

Having a dedicated cardiac hub with contact numbers is a new initiative that was started in April 2020 in Altnagelvin and so far we feel it is working well.
