Great staff 

Warm and welcoming

Great big ward bright and airy.

a lot more room on this ward 

Patients are well spaced.

Need more beds, chairs very uncomfortable. Especially if you have had long car journey, last thing you want is to be sat in another chair

Thank you so much for your very important feedback after attending for your treatment at the Day Clinical Centre in South Tyrone Hospital. I was very pleased to learn that the staff were so "warm and welcoming" and that you felt the ward to be so spacious and bright.

I am sorry that you felt the recliner chair you were given to be so "uncomfortable" and I hope to provide more beds once we are relocated to a larger Unit - in the meantime I am also checking out other recliner chairs for their comfort and efficiency and in the future would like to provide a variety of recliner chairs that will suit the needs of different clients. I hope you will be reassured to return for your next infusion and be given the choice of a bed or more comfortable chair dependent on the space we will have. We will certainly aim to make you as comfortable as we can and I appreciate you highlighting this concern so changes can be accordingly made.
