"Urgent Care service the NHS should be proud of"

I fell off my bike yesterday and dislocated my shoulder. Thankfully I was near Guy's Hospital Urgent Care, and walked in. Before even giving my name, a practitioner (forgive me for not remembering her name!) overheard me explaining what happened to the receptionist and guided me back to a room. Within 3 minutes of walking in the door, my shoulder was back in place. Within 30 mins, I had x-rays taken. I was out the door on the way home within 45 minutes. It could not have been a more professional service, and I'm entirely grateful to every person that helped me get my joints back into place.
