"Over 2.5 hours waiting time"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

We waited over 2hours. The patient is 83years old wheelchair bound and suffers dementia. Our appointment was 10:15 And we were seen at 12:35! We had another appointment at The hospital for 12:30 which had to be rescheduled. We understand Covid has impacted all outpatient appointments however the wait time is ridiculous for elderly people who need regular meals, comfort facilities and medication!
