"Disappointing"

I came in to the Minor Injury Unit for knee pain and swelling, doctor who was there to see me, haven’t even looked or helped me in any way. She straight away asked me what happened, I started telling her, that I have had knee pain for a while, but day before something popped in the knee and it started swelling and hurting. She stoped me before I could finish my sentence, and told me that I came to wrong place, because it is an ongoing issue, not a new injury, even though my GP sent me here. I am no doctor - I have no idea if the pain I used to occasionally have before is any related to this, she could have at least look at it.. she asked me out straight away, whole conversation happened in like 2mins. I cried after I left, I felt very alone and misunderstood. I understand is Covid happening and I do not mind waiting longer, but care would have been helpful, I would have not come if it’s not needed.
