A certain receptionist is very rude and very unhelpful, honestly thinks she's a doctor. If you call on speaker phone you will hear her start to disrespect you to other members of staff before putting the phone down. Very disrespectful and should not be discussing patients to anybody else. Total lack of confidentiality and should not be working as a doctor's receptionist.
