"Very poor reception service, rude and very…"

Called to book an appointment and was treated to a very rude and disregarding attitude from the receptionist. Almost as if "what gives you the right" to seek medical service from the surgery. Definitely borderline discrimination against non English names from many experiences I have had recently (past couple of years) at this surgery. Really very upsetting.

However, over many years of visiting the surgery, the Doctors have been very professional, and assisted to the best of their ability. The doctors are not the problem at all, but the management of the reception staff and the attitude of a few of the receptionists is quite apalling.
