I had to have an emergency vitrectomy which was carried out with complete skill and care.. I felt so safe in the hands of the wonderful surgeons and anaesthetists especially as I was so scared when i was told the diagnosis and what could have happened, had I have ignored the symptoms. How will I ever be able to thank you all for saving my sight. You are such an amazing team each and every one of you.
