Dear Mr Wakeham. We are sorry to hear about your experience with St Neots Surgery. We have had an increased volume of phone calls to the surgery during the COVID Pandemic and it has been more difficult than usual to answer all of the phone calls. We have started a new triage system which makes it easier to speak to a clinician and we have also employed more staff to answer phones. If you have a complaint then please would you submit this in writing to the Practice Manager. We also have a new website going live this week which should give more information and more services that you can access online. Thank you.
