The staff at the Church Walk surgery came out to the car to administer the flu jab for my elderly Mum last night. I was so grateful to them as she struggles with walking and has dementia so attending the clinic was going to be a challenge. I always find the staff at EPCC kind and understanding but on this occasion I particularly wanted to express how much their help and support is appreciated. Thank you for going the extra mile.
