This surgery the reception staff are so rude and unhelpful! The actual practise itself is unhelpful and I’ve been left wondering for years. I have never received good practise and they won’t speak to you about more than one issue.
The reception staff lie to you telling you there’s no appointments and as soon as you get upset or angry they then find appointments I don’t feel cared for at this surgery
