Received text advising to book flu jab as 

I am over 65. Went to the Shore medical website as instructed  I was then directed to install an app (it stated details on how to register were on the website), however could not find this information. There was also a telephone number as an alternative to book an appointment, but after numerous attempts I gave up as there was no response. I then tried ringing my surgery direct, again no response. Having spent over an hour trying to support the surgery as requested in their text to me, I gave up and booked elsewhere. It took less than 10 minutes.

I have become very disappointed with the recent service provided by this once excellent practice. Everything has been made so difficult to contact anyone.

Would it be a good idea to stop depending on so many online services and apps and put a few more people to answer telephones.
