About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

During the week I had rang 111 they never called me back , and the same issue with GP surgery Whiteley shocking surgery at the best of times , been feeling unwell for over 3 weeks . e consults via GP surgery were shocking when you have to write SA ✍ about your condition . Felt let down by system decided to use A&E i am so pleased I did they went above and beyond!!!!

Amazing staff from health care assistants , to Nurses, And doctors. people knock Nhs and QA hospital at times i could not fault them Nhs should be so proud to have such great team

They were supportive, polite , quick , understanding. And attention to detail was second to none

I received full blood tests, Xray

Further advise and support , they took the time to see me and talk to me unlike Whiteley doctor surgery who refused to do my blood test etc . A&E would run rings around that surgery for being human and treating people with empathy , and being professional

I am sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience with your GP and 111. Concerns about your GP have to be raised with the Practice itself or NHS England, concerns raised about 111 have to be raised with SCAS.

I am happy that you had a good experience with the Team at Queen Alexandra Hospital, and this will be shared with the Senior Management Team.
