"unexpected behavior from the receptionist"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

last night we go to the emergency room at the george elliot hospital , that was just a question, you can just answer yes or not with a word......

the receptionist laughed very rude, and the reason is because i'm late for the visit. they don't expect some issue to come later than the event !!!!

now i just ask, emergency is not a bar and no one wants to visit here for fun ....

if possible, a receptionist who has good behavior deeds  please
