"Telephone fault"

About: John Tasker House Surgery

After being 14th in queue waiting to get through to reception to make appt I got down to 2 in queue then the phone continually rings out and phone gets discontinued.

This is not a one off and has happened more times than I can remember.

Please get a better telephone service than the one you have..

Not a happy customer.

Apologies for the issue you had with the phone system - it has been extremely busy with patients making their flu appointments. We have raised the issue with BT.
