"Fantastic experience"

I’ve had a few interactions with the practice since the start of the COVID pandemic, all of which have been extremely positive, so wanted to take the time to leave a review.

I had a long term problem that I’d put off speaking to the GP about but had a rare quiet day off work and decided to submit a request via the practice’s website. The form was clear and easy to fill in, giving options of urgency and preferred member of staff and method of consultation (email, phone call or face to face). I selected the least urgent option, with it being a long term problem, thinking I may hear back within a few days. 3 hours later I received a call from one of the practice GPs who was extremely helpful and we agreed on a plan of action. Within 30 minutes I was able to pick up a prescription directly from the pharmacy- what a fantastic service! The expansion of the website has been great. Thank you Crouch Oak!
