"Good medical staff but support staff let it down"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

Attended for investigation of breast lump, medical staff and radiographers excellent but support staff in waiting room need more training especially in new Covid safety. One patient sat without her mask on and her companion with hers half off and waiting room nurse stood chatting too them without saying a word! Her conversation almost encouraging the companions ridiculous conspiracy theories on Covid, totally inappropriate to be engaging in that sort of conversation in a NHS setting whilst representing the NHS. Didn’t feel safe in the waiting area which only added too my anxiety of why I was there.

Chairs not placed apart in waiting area and radio very loud
