"Poor practice "

About: Ravensbury Park Medical Centre

I have to agree with previous reviews that the reception staff are awful, however, more recently they seem to have addressed this and have had more positive experiences.

I have so many issues with getting repeat prescriptions. The pharmacy I use are constantly chasing them up, as am I. I was contacted regarding my childrens vaccinations and told they were not up to date and made to feel like I was being an irresponsible parent. Although i have twins and it was only 1 that wasnt up to date? (Obviously I took them together) only to be told it was an admin error, having taken the twins all the way there to be told this.

The majority of gp's I have seen have been wonderful, with the exception of 1 who was rude and told me I was on a time frame, even though the majority of the appointment was taken up with him following up admin issues.

The practice overall seems unorganised and I feel like I'm constantly chasing things up with them.

I'm so sorry to hear you have had negative experiences at the practice. I can assure you this is not the level of service we would wish for our patients

I would encourage you to put your complaint in writing so we can investigate further. The practice has an in-house complaints policy and leaflets available to patients at all times.

We value your opinion and recognize the need to take into account every patient’s individual experience. I am happy to meet with you at a mutually convenient time to discuss your concerns.
