my mum was transferred to au1 from another hospital where she received amazing care, sadly the victoria hasn't given the same level of care. Whilst I understand the hospital is extremely busy , I am really sad that having been told to call her son home as he works away , because she is really poorly .
I then call this morning to find out she has been walking around her bedroom. Whilst this should be a good thing, when she has a crack in her pelvis this is not a good thing , and then be told by a nurse that they can't watch her 24-7 , following on from that i tried to get an update from the dr only to be have the phone put down on me 4 times.
When i finally do get through to someone, I simply got told they are speaking with a relative of mine, ok but that doesnt tell me what the hell is going on , what happens if we're not a close family. And then when I asked for a scn the phone gets put down on me again , absolutely shocking and I a still dont know how my mum is
Very angry right now
"Absolute awful experience"
