I have been trying to contact the department to cancel my appt due to exposure to coronovius. One telephone number cuts out immediately and the second is on answer phone.....provide an e-mail address if you are not going to answer the phone

Hi there, if you have an outpatient clinic appointment booked with UHBW but would like to change or cancel the date, you can fill out our online form here:

https://www.uhbw.nhs.uk/form/a0eb3026-5ad4-4e20-940d-aad369ffad53

Please note that this form can only be used to change or cancel existing outpatients appointments. It can't be used to book an appointment or for any other appointment type (e.g. day case). For Radiology or Oncology appointments, please do not use this form, instead call the number on your appointment letter or the main switchboard on 0117 923 0000.
