"Empathetic endoscopy care"

All staff in the endoscopy unit made me feel very comfortable and cared for in these difficult times. From the efficient arrangements for a Covid test prior to the procedure through to recovery. The measures taken to protect from Covid, the reassurance and patience of all staff involved during the gastroscopy was excellent. Information and advice was given prior, during and after the procedure. Thank you.
