"Mayflower Ward"

I brought my 88 year old mother in yesterday for an operation. The staff were absolutely incredible. We were instantly made to feel welcome and everyone we came into contact with helped to put my mother at ease. The level of care and understanding was fantastic.   Naturally she was very nervous but on returning to the car park we unfortunately obtained a parking ticket (which I shall be appealing). My mother’s comment was “oh what a shame it’s ruined what’s been a lovely day! ” A true testament to Mayflower Ward! Thank you and   well done for being such a wonderful team in such difficult circumstances.
