"Thank you NHS"

I had a gastroscope today and , despite being incredibly nervous, found the experience very positive. All staff ... nurses, endoscopy doctor, receptionists were kind and professional. Theirs must be stressful jobs, particularly now in this pandemic, but everybody was patient, caring and non judgemental. They made an uncomfortable procedure tolerable and I am grateful for their excellent service. Many thanks to you all.
