Before going to the unit I had a detailed sheet on preparation for the procedure clearly outlining what I had to do. On arrival at the hospital and at every stage from reception through to the recovery area everyone was very informative and helpful. Everything was clearly explained to me and when I experienced some discomfort during the procedure gas and air was given to relieve the discomfort. Covid protection of the highest quality.
