"Stroke Team"

About: Specialist Therapy Services / Community Stroke Team – South Notts

(as the patient),

I had wonderful care from Roanne who helped me get back on my feed after my stoke.

She helped practically with my fatigue management, return to driving & return to work, but was also an amazing help emotionally throughout.

I couldn’t have done it without her!

Many thanks for taking the time to feedback on your experience with the Community Stroke Team.

I'm a very pleased that you felt supported both practically and emotionally throughout your journey and I will ensure that Roanne sees this lovely feedback.

Congratulations on your recovery and returning to driving and to work and we are very happy to have helped play a part in these achievements.

We wish you all the best in your continued recovery

Many Thanks
