"taken over a year to replace their psychiatrist"

it has taken over a year to hire a replacement psychiatrist for this service in louth and unfortunately their english is hard to understand. while they seem like a nice person the job itself involves clear communication. this is very disappointing indeed particularly after such a rediculously long wait.
