I phoned the practice this morning at 8am and got through within minutes where the receptionist took all my details and advised the doctor would be In touch within 48 hours. The doctor was in touch within 1 hour and was extremely helpful arranging a prescription to be collected from the pharmacy the same day. Could not recommend the surgery enough. I will also be using the new online system in the future which I think is brilliant as saves waiting in a phone queue to be told no appointments left.
