"Excellent experience"

Barely sat down before A& E triage nurse called me and barely another 5 minutes before I was called by a doctor. (first name Laing?) Professional examination and referral to ENT specialist at Ninwells Hospital, Dundee.  Kept exceptionally well informed throughout the process and ultimately that said Dr 'Laing' perform the procedure.  Attention to detail beyond reproach as was the 'personal' touch in regard to reassurance and support throughout.  Triage nurse, whose name I can't alas recall, was equally reassuring regarding aftercare. Another excellent experience with your fabulous staff.
