"Good Service poor communication with GP"

I was referred by my GP to go here for help diagnosing some problems I was having. The appointments were great, my Doctor listened to me and prescribed by the correct medication for my diagnosis etc. After carrying out the 2 week trial of my medication I went back to get a month prescription and was advised that my GP would be contacted and a shared care agreement would be put in place. I double checked this twice and wanted to ensure it was definitely going to be put in place. I was reassured that this would be fine and would receive a text reminded to collect in a months time.

I haven't received a text like I normally do for other medication and my medication was getting quite low so I called Centenary House to get no answer. Then I emailed my GP who very kindly looked into it quickly, After 2 days of waiting I am advised a shared care agreement hadn't been received by my GP?

it is quite frustrating when you receive such great care and psychological help but as soon as you're out the door you are no longer a priority or of importance.

I was told this would be dealt with and not to worry and instead I've had to run around like a headless chicken trying to get it resolved.
