"Disgusting"

I had an urgent telephone assessment as was suicidal and having a cptsd crisis.

She promised urgent support.

2 months later nothing!!!! And when you try to get through it is impossible.

The receptionist cold and unempathic, the assessment unskilful and no understanding of trauma.

I had to phone the helpline ro ask them to contact me and when they did pointless.

Absolutely disgusted with lack of care, respect and professionalism.
