"Doctor won’t do home visits"

About: Churchtown Medical Centre

I am a vulnerable person and registered as house bound. Rang up the Doctors to get a home visit. Only too be told they no longer do them and ring 111. Could not use 111 as it was constantly engaged.

Where do I turn to?!death would be welcome at times as there is no one else to turn too.

Sad reflection of our so called caring society.

Dear patient,

Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about your recent experience and we would like to reassure you that we truly take all feedback on board.

Unfortunately the NHS is experiencing a large demand however despite this we are here to support and care for our patients.

We would love to support you further, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us for further advise on the available appointment booking symptoms we have put together to support our patients who are unable to reach us at 8AM.

Kind Regards,

Churchtown Medical Centre
