I have been with the Practice for two and a half years now and while the doctors and staff are very good, it takes literally hours for someone to pickup the phone regardless of the time of the day. I have been with many other surgeries in the past but never encountered such an issue. If they can improve on this small issue it would become the best surgery in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I want to assure you the reception team are all on the phones from 8 am to 6:30 pm it is just the sheer volume of calls that we are taking over the last few weeks. Many of our patients are contacting us via our website www.loddonvale.com this is manned all through the day you can request prescriptions, med 3 certificates ask a Doctor, nurse or reception a question and lots more! everyone at the practice is working tirelessly for all our patients, it is a very challenging time for us all. Thank you again for your review.
