"ACL Class"

Absolutely 100% satisfied with and impressed by the ACL class. I am a dancer and hoped to get back to a very high level of strength and flexibility. I was very impressed at the dedication and imaginative resourcefulness of the team of physios working individually or at maximum 1:2 with the various patients, all of whom had such different goals (I saw footballers, basketball players and skiers among others) and was led from literally an atrophied, weak, stiff and almost useless post-op leg steadily back to competitive level fitness and flexibility over the course of six months (full splits, and with enough strength and stamina to win all my categories at the December competition I had been looking forward to). I cannot praise this physio team enough: seriously dedicated, professional, friendly, cheerful and humourous, thank you all so much for a great recovery and a really good time as well!
