"Superbly organised!"

I attended Peel Hall Medical Practice this morning to receive my flu jab and I just wanted to take the time to say how superbly organised the process is and how safe I felt due to the diligence and preparation that has clearly taken place in planning for the influx of patients attending for their vaccination.

The wonderful staff gave clear direction as to where I needed to go and the whole process from entering the surgery to leaving after my injection took only a couple of minutes. I was hugely impressed and can’t speak highly enough of the way in which this has been organised under unprecedented circumstances.

Well done to every staff member involved, your efforts and dedication and very much appreciated.
