(as the patient),

I had an operation on my knee.   My knee was replaced by the Consultant, a very caring person and felt I felt good about the procedure. The care I received was excellent from all staff involved in my care.   This allowed me to relax and begin my recovery in a situation where I didn’t have any visitors.   Julie especially went above and beyond to track my phone which had been misplaced.
