"Calm, organised and caring in outpatients"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead)

Visited outpatients for clinic treatment for facial paralysis. So pleased the clinic is up and running again. Very impressed with the social distancing seating arrangements and the atmosphere of calm and control of the staff and also the patients. All credit due in the stressful times. I was treated well and with respect and so pleased to receive my treatment from a caring member of staff. Thanks to all.

Dear Anonymous

Thank you for your kind expression of appreciation about the facial palsy clinic, which due to the pandemic has taken us a little while to start running again.

We are very pleased you found our staff caring and respectful. Such comments mean a great deal to staff as they strive to give quality care to all of our patients during this difficult time.

Kind regards

Nicolle Ferguson, Patient Experience Manager
