I attended Ealing Hospital as an A& E patient with chest pains on the 29th of August.
The treatment i received in the Cardiology unit was excellent. Everything was done in a tmely effiecient manner. i was given a
I was given a referal to the Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic.
They called me on my mobile but i was unable to answer at the time. A voicemail was left on very low volume from a faulty phoneline. No contact number was left. I managed to decipher that they would get in touch with my doctor. I checked with my doctor but they confirmed that no one had been in touch .
There is a phone number on the patient information form -0208 967 5191. When you call this number there is a recorded message that says" this voicemail is full, goodbye".
I then called the main switchboard who transfered me to the unit . The number kept ringing until someone picks it up and kept disconnecting me. This went on for 20 mins until i gave up which is what i think they wanted me to do.
How can i get an appointment with the Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic without physically going to the hospital.
Kind Regards
"Poor telephone service"
