Good evening. 

This post is to say thank you to Care Opinion and to Barry & Vi. A little while ago I posted my story on here, almost immediately my post was replied to.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Barry (Belfast) & Vi (Altnagelvin). Thank you both so much for reaching out to me via email and phonecall for your help in following up with the relevant departments for me.

Your help and support is greatly appreciated by myself and I'm happy to say some of my queries have been answered as a result - there are still some no better off, however you both have been so lovely and caring towards me. I just want to say thank you both so much, fantastic work both of you :)

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comments regarding your experience of Care Opinion. I am delighted that Care Opinion gave you the opportunity to share your story, that I was able to contact you directly and ultimately put you in contact with the appropriate service personnel.

As discussed with you on the phone, the official launch of Care Opinion was on the 3rd August 2020. We are continually learning how to best utilise Care Opinion and your response illustrates that we are moving in the right direction.
