"My sore thumb"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

Big shout out to nurse John and all the team at the Minor Injuries Unit, from welcoming me at the front door, testing my temperature, offering hand sanitiser, a smiling face and welcoming chat at reception, efficient response and attention at nurses station, a clear safe route marked out round to x-ray department, a pleasant x-ray experience and back to the nurses station to get result from nurse John. Thumb not broken, so back to football coaching tomorrow. Thanks to everyone for your care and attention.

Dear KH2

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to the time you spent in the Minor Injuries Unit of the New Victoria Hospital.

I'm glad the staff made you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit and the new COVID processes which have been put in place were explained to you and easy to follow.

I will be sure to pass on your comments to the staff involved who I'm sure will be delighted to hear you had a pleasant experience while in their care.

Kind regards

Kevin
