About: Loddon Vale Practice

I tried to make an appointment after being referred from the hospital to be told that even though I knew what I had to make the appointment for,

they were unable to make an appointment for me and that I should call back a few days later, when I did this I was told that I would have to call back from 8.00am the next day and hope they could fit me in!! if not then to keep trying each day until i could get i (first come first served)

I am already making arrangements to change surgery's as this is not my first poor experience I have had with then.

The receptionist seems only interested in being unhelpful,

I'm sure they believe they are the Doctors and they know everything.

Most unhelpful Doctors Surgery I have ever used !!!!
