Timing good.

Staff excellent levels of courtesy in strange circumstances.

OT guidance a little rushed as if from a script not to be interrupted but information was there.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post on care opinion. I am happy that the staff provided excellent levels of courtesy as you say in "strange circumstances". Covid-19 has presented many challenges however it is reassuring to know that you had a positive experience whilst in pre-assessment. I am sorry you felt the OT guidance was rushed however I am glad you were able to receive the relevant information. I will pass on your comments to the team and discuss ways to improve the delivery of the OT guidance.

I wish you well in your upcoming procedure and subsequent recovery.
