Very little communication, hardly any of the staff speak clear English. Hospital needs rebuilding. Awful place

Oh Dear Brad, I am so sorry that you feel this way, please can you email me at fhft.patientexperience@nhs.net and I will try and ensure communication improves? Can I help at all. We have a completely new building housing state of the art equipment and wards that have plenty of space and side rooms for enhanced privacy which we are very proud of but understand some of our estate could do with a revamp which we are planning.
