"There when you need them"

Like most people I dont like having to go to see a doctor and especially not hospitals,but the time came when I needed both and I cant rate the attention I received highly enough. My GP made the right call and refered me to the hospital. My only real criticism of the the whole experience was the length of time it took to be seen, assessed and finally admitted, coupled with no real communication of what was going on. Keeping people in the loop during a stressful time is so important, but i do appreciate that especially in a hospital environment situations change very quickly.

However the whole experience changed once I was on the ward (32), the staff were very reassuring, attentive and a laugh as well. Thankfully eveything seems to have gone to plan and Im out and on the mend.
