"Partner doctors are amazing, reception staff suck!"

The doctors who are partners here and amazing and go above and beyond to help. The locum doctors are a hit and miss.

The reception staff get frustrated easily and set in their ways. With the new rules in place for Covid-19, they have to find newer ways of helping patients on the phone and they dont seem keen to learn it themselves and just say 'I dont know how to do it'. E.g. I asked if I could setup online patient access to order my repeat prescriptions online and they said 'we used to do it this way....but i dont know how we can do it now' - with no offer of anything like 'let me find out and call you back'.
