Received a call further to mine of 29th August regarding a referral. Stated I would need to call at 08.30 in the morning to request a telephone consultation. Could not book it there and then. Anyone who has tried to phone this surgery at that time knows how difficult it is to get through. Receptionist was unhelpful and put the phone down abruptly. It is urgent that I get this referral so that I can get on the 6 month waiting list for a spinal fusion. This is the worst practice I have ever been registered with.
