On 20th July 2020 I attended Canterbury Hospital Dermatology Department for an operation to remove a lesion from my face.

From the moment I sat down, in the waiting area, the process began immediately.

I went straight into the operating room and the procedure and options were explained clearly. This set the tone and I felt confident about what was going to happen.

The Dr. and his team were a skilled professional unit which allowed me to relax and probably talk too much.

I felt no pain and time passed very quickly.

The whole experience proved to me what a first class NHS system we have in this country and I thank you so much.

Aftercare was clearly explained and notes were given.
